Brushing teeth is an important step to remove bacteria and make your teeth strong. Brushing your teeth daily for 2 minutes and flossing once a daily can help you to strengthen the teeth. Because when you brush your teeth regularly, this will help to remove the build-up plaque and bacteria from the teeth that may lead to mineral loss and cavities.

2. Use Fluoride Toothpaste

The American Dental Association recommends using fluoride-contain toothpaste for healthy and strong teeth. But not all tubes of toothpaste contain fluoride. So when you purchase toothpaste, check the ADA Seal of Acceptance on the toothpaste tube before purchasing. Fluoride helps to prevent tooth decay and also strengthens the teeth at the same time. It also lowers the risk of future mineral loss of teeth. 


3. Cut Out Sugar

Sugar is highly acidic and also the main food source for bacteria that produce harmful acids, which soften and wear away the enamel. Sugar also causes many health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Cutting down the refined sugar from the diet will help to reduce the bacteria food supply in your mouth This will also protect teeth from damaging acid that bacteria produce. 


4. Eat Mineral-Rich Foods
